Treatment for highly viscous and small-volume samples before stability analysis

Standard sample cells are not preferred when the sample is highly viscous, the sample is valuable, or the sample volume is not enough for a measurement. Special sample cells are available when using BeScan Lab for stability analysis.
Highly viscous samples suffer from poor-quality meniscus since the uneven top of the introduced sample causes chaos signals in most cases that lead to confusion and misunderstanding during result analysis. The solution to such kinds of samples is coring sample cell. Users are allowed to squeeze the sticky sample on the bottom plug first, then seal the sample cell and ensure the external surface of the sample cell is clean in case of leakage and contamination. Finally, the sample should be handled with a centrifuge to flatten its top by means of centrifugal force.
If the sample is valuable or the sample volume is too small to measure with a standard sample cell. In this situation, a special low-volume sample cell can be inserted into an adapter, allowing stability analysis with as little as 2mL of sample.
